Movement and self expression jolts me with a spark and powers me into a moment so invigorating, the present is seductive to savor. At the start of 2019, I wrote my goals on a piece of paper, folded it up and told myself I would revisit it by the tail end of the year, Dec. 31st, 2019. One of those goals written was "to be a in a Jamaican dancehall music video."

As the months passed, I continued to intentionally dance, act and create. Little did I know, I was manifesting. Before I knew it, June rolled around and the Universe conspired to land me right where I intended to be.

Here, I celebrate self expression through movement with my first music video debut with Jamaican dancehall artist, Ricky Blaze.
